Caregiver Mass

This year’s Caregiver Mass is scheduled for Sunday, November 23, 10:00 AM, at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains. Archbishop-Emeritus Dennis Schnurr will be the celebrant.

November is national caregivers month. Caregiver Masses honor all those who work or volunteer as a caregiver —from nurses and physicians, to dietary staff and lab workers, from those who care for a sick or elderly friend or relative, to those who volunteer at healthcare facilities, retirement comm unities or parishes. These Masses aren’t just for Catholics. People from all faiths are welcome. A reception will follow the Mass in the undercroft.
