Archbishop Casey has released the 2026 Parish Vitality Report to bring everyone in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati up to date. In addition to facts, figures, stories and witness, there’s an opportunity for you to give feedback on your experience of parish life, which will be used in future planning for our Family of Parishes.
The cathedral basilica offers the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) program of classes and discussion sessions for those who wish to become Catholic or for those who simply want to learn more about our faith.

Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Feast Day Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Because the feast falls on Saturday, it will not be observed as a holy day of obligation this year.
Tours at St. Peter in Chains
The next monthly tour will be held on Sunday, August 9 following the 10:00am Mass. The guided tour is free and focuses on the historical, architectural, artistic, scriptural, ecclesial, and theological aspects of the church and support structures.
